Northern Baja - October 2014
Day 3 - Saturday, November 1
There was a light rain overnight, and it was hard to get a handle on the Saturday weather. It would look sunny and warm, and then a few minutes later look cloudy and chilly. We enjoyed a good breakfast, and then it was time to get ready to ride again (along with the others staying a Mike's)...

Getting ready at Mike's along with everybody else that had stayed there
On
the way out of Mike's, Rich's DR650 didn't want to start. He got it
bump started, but then stalled it just across the river crossing and we
had to re-start it with Arnie's little black box. After that, we were
on our way to Valle T. By the time we reach the highway, it was cold,
with a light rain/drizzle. By the time we reached Valle T for gas, it
was starting to clear up.
After
Valle T, we hit the wine road southwest to just south of San Vicente.
It's a fast, curvy, fun road - haul a$$ time. We had to pass several
other riders and a Razr that had also been at Mike's the previous
night. Then it was gas and lunch in San Vicente, and to the coast!
Finally, we reached the coast!

After a little bit of playing on the beach, we headed north along the coast, past Erindira, and over to Santo Tomas. Then it was slab north to Ensenada, and ending up at Horsepower Ranch for margaritas and another great steak dinner...
One more night in Baja, and then head back home tomorrow...
